Digital-Painting-Class-Header

Dear reader reader

First, thank you for joining the Digital Painting class at the Polk Museum of Arts. It's been quite some time since I last taught at the museum. These type of programs are essential for the students as much as they are for the instructors. I truly believe instructors learn a lot when they teach others.

I just made a resource page for the class with books on digital painting as well as traditional painting techniques that you can be used in your line of work. Additionally I will be adding more videos and tutorials as we go. While most of them are done using Krita, the process is about the same for other applications. Click on the button below to access the resources.
Here are the links to free applications you may want to try. They offer versions for both Mac and PC's.

Krita
GIMP
MediBang Paint

Please feel free to email me any questions you may have to info@wildstockphotos.com. Again, thank you so much for being part of this class. Remember your homework due next Monday: paint anything (object, pet, fruits) around your house.

See you then

Sincerely,
Signature
