Hello reader reader

We hope this message finds you doing well under the current circumstances. As much as we wanted to share Costa Rica with you on this trip, it appears we may have to cancel due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. We have set a final cut-off date of May 1st, to start our refund process. At that time we would have gotten the final decision from Costa Rica as well as the U.S. to re-start traveling. It appears that even if Costa Rica were to open in the following weeks, traveling from the U.S. may not be possible due to the high number of cases.

We have already agreed with all the lodges and service providers in Costa Rica that we would request refunds on all payments and deposits done 30-days prior to our scheduled arrival. For those of you traveling from the west coast, you may want to contact your airline to find out what are their cancellation policies on this situation. For those of you flying with us from Orlando with Jetblue, the airline has not cancelled the flight yet which makes it a bit harder to request refunds. We'll be contacting them this coming week to get a better idea on how they will handle this situation and will let you know. Your refunds will be processed on the first week of May.

Please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have.
