I hope you’re doing well and staying warm! We’ve been working on updating reservations and coordinating flight arrangements. At this point, we’d like to begin collecting deposits or full payments — whichever works best for you. The deadline for the $500 deposit is March 15th. If possible, we kindly ask that checks be mailed to the address below:

Flight & Logistics
|
If you're prepared to book your flight tickets, feel free to proceed. Ensure that your flight arrives at SJO (Juan Santamaría International) on May 18. This is considered our arrival day where we stay at a nearby hotel listed on your itinerary. If your flight arrives before noon, let us know and we'll make airport pick-up arragements and transfer to the hotel as needed. Our flight from Orlando arrives at 11:30am. We'll provide you with more arrival information regarding airport to hotel transfers etc. later through a Zoom meeting.
